Since the incorporation of Tilley Holmes Inc. 1990, the principals, Darrin
Tilley and Nancy Holmes, have built on extensive knowledge and experience
in the non-profit housing industry. During previous careers in non-profit
housing development, they recognized that specialized property management

needs of non-profit housing providers and residents.
Their accumulated experience and education allow the principals to effectively
